     If you’ve ever been to Salon J Ladner, you’ve probably noticed a different culture as soon as you walked in.  You’ll find more of us smiling here than you will at other places.  You’ll notice team members helping each other in order to stay on schedule and deliver a better    experience for you.  In fact, it’s not uncommon for you to receive services from one, two, or even three service providers before you leave.  It’s all a part of our purpose, providing an amazing salon and spa experience that transcends beyond each visit, enhanced with the best products available in the beauty industry.  So, what’s our secret to happiness?

     We don’t pay commission—not on service sales and not on product sales.  We compensate our team by salary.  Our “team-based” compensation system allows us to function more efficiently while providing more flexibility for our guests.  Can’t get in with your favorite stylist or maybe just want to try someone else?  Go for it!  We don’t mind; we actually encourage it!  Since each team member completes our skill-certification program, you can always have confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you are in the talented hands of a skill-certified service provider.  You’ll always have a fresh perspective, and you’ll always receive the utmost in service and attention.  We are all fully committed to excellence in guest service and helping you live a more vivid and confident lifestyle.

     Likewise, when we’re recommending a product, it’s because we truly believe it’s the best product for you, not because we’re trying to make a commission on the sale.  The service and products we recommend are selected especially for you to help prolong the salon and spa experience between visits.
